Let's pick each other up through this final home stretch of winter with a little work and party.
We're waiting to decide the date, but I wanted to kick off some planning initiatives. By the way, we are scheduling it around a fellow activists' trip back home. He has been in Detroit and should have some good information on what's really going on there.
In the meantime, I want to make this a work event, too. I'm making some shampoo and laundry detergent that I will bring with me. We should also make some deodorant there at the party. I"ll start a post on the event page.
And I'm sure Gabe can dig up something for the guy's to do outdoors.
We'll also plan some cute ideas for the kids to keep them entertained...naturally, "big people" time begins around 10pm.
This will be a good time to come out and meet the members and founders of the fire starters group. Just come out kick it and have a good time with us.
There will be space to bed your children and the day time event will be kid friendly.
