Ingredients:
1/2 c. bluberries 1/2 c. blackberries 1 c. strawberries 3 dates, pitted 1 lemon juiced 2 T. water 3 T. chia seeds
Preparation:
Wash and take the stems off your fruit. In a blender, I used a Vitamix, place all the ingredients except the chia seeds Blend until it is “smooth” – you will have tiny bits of seeds, but generally smooth Pour into a glass container, stir in the chia seeds Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
